By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully before ordering.

Handmade & Custom Orders
Every item is handmade to order, and small variations in stitching, color, or placement are normal and part of the charm of custom work.
⏱ Production Times:
- Blankets, Embroidery, and Pressed Shirts: 2–3 weeks
- Custom Coins, Patches, and Tie Bars: 5–7 weeks
- Rush orders available upon request (additional fee applies).
Mockups and proofs must be approved before production begins. Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Design & Digitizing Fees
All embroidery and printed apparel designs require setup and preparation before production.
- Embroidery Digitizing Fee: Varies based on design size, stitch count, and placement (typically $5–$25 per design). Larger or multiple-placement designs may incur higher fees.
- Printed / Pressed Shirt Design Fee: A small setup or art-change fee may apply for resizing, repositioning, or modifying artwork between orders.
These fees cover the time required to convert artwork into embroidery or print-ready format. Once digitized or printed, files are stored for future reorders.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking numbers provided at the time of shipment.
- Cloud Nine Stitches is not responsible for postal delays, weather interruptions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- Local pickup is available upon request.
- Once tracking shows “Delivered,” Cloud Nine Stitches is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Payments, Deposits & Chargebacks
Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise arranged for large or agency orders.
For bulk or custom projects, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.
💥 Chargeback Policy:
All chargebacks or payment disputes will be prosecuted as fraud to the fullest extent of the law. All communications, proofs, and shipping records are documented to protect both parties.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because each order is custom-made:
- No returns or cancellations once production has started.
- Exchanges only if an error was made on our end (e.g., incorrect color, size, or design).
- Please report any issues within 3 business days of delivery with photos for review.
We take pride in our work and will always do our best to resolve valid concerns.

Design Ownership & Copyright
All custom artwork, embroidery files, and product photos remain the property of Cloud Nine Stitches unless otherwise stated.
You confirm you have the rights to use any logos or artwork you provide.
Designs created or digitized by Cloud Nine Stitches may not be resold or reproduced without written permission.

Bulk & Agency Orders
Agency, department, and corporate orders may include separate proofing, production timelines, and payment terms.
All proofs must be approved prior to production. Once in production changes can’t be made and returns aren’t allowed.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to all Florida orders in accordance with state law.
